For custom products, design approval may be required before production begins.
Custom products are made according to the customer’s specifications.
Once mockups are approved and production has started, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.
All prices displayed on the website are listed in the store’s selected currency and may change without prior notice.
Standard shipping is included in product prices unless otherwise stated.
Express shipping is available at an additional cost.
We ship to selected international regions including Australia, United States, United Kingdom, Europe, Japan, and South Korea.
Delivery timeframes vary depending on whether the product is standard or custom-made.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance charges imposed by the destination country.
Custom products cannot be returned for change of mind.
Standard non-customised products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition.
For defective products, customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
